Poets Maggie Harris and Jessica Taggart Rose invite you to join them in Morrab Gardens for a writing workshop where you connect closely with nature.

We’ll begin in the study at Gardener’s House with some readings, writing exercises and an introduction to serious noticing using all the senses.

Then we’ll go outside into the gardens to put this into practice.

Finally we’ll come back to the study for more writing time and to share our work.

This is a friendly and supportive workshop suitable for adults and young people 16 plus, if accompanied by an adult. 

There’ll be value in this for experienced writers as well as anyone who enjoys writing.
